This policy explains how Peyman Sabri Media ("I", "me") handles personal data when you visit peymansabri.com, send a message through the contact form or book a call. I keep it short and collect as little as possible.

/ Who is responsible

Peyman Sabri Media, Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller. [Organisation number and postal address]. Questions about your data: contact@peymansabri.com.

/ Contact form and blog comments

When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. If you leave a comment on a blog post, I receive your name, email address and comment. I use this only to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry, and I never sell it or use it for marketing.

The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to my inbox and acts as a processor on my behalf. I keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact and then for at most [24 months], unless they become part of an assignment, in which case accounting rules may require longer storage.

/ Booking a call with Calendly

The booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by Calendly, LLC. It loads only when you click "Pick a time". Before that, no data is sent to Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as name, email and the time you choose) and shares them with me so we can meet. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy notice, and it may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

/ Website analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not collect personal data such as IP addresses for analytics. I only see aggregated numbers.

/ Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third parties.

/ Cookies and local storage

The site sets one functional cookie, theme-mode, which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

/ Embedded content and links

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo and TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them is loaded until you click.

/ Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, withdraw your consent and ask to receive your data in a portable format. Email contact@peymansabri.com and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

/ Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
